Authorised agent.—Any pharmacist may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these bye-laws, shall intimate to the Director of Health Services in Form 28 the name and address of the agent within fifteen days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within forty-five days of the revocation.
