Bye-law 16, National Medical Commission (Manner of Application of The practice of pharmacy) Bye-laws, 2020 [SBX-33A]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 6 February 2020.
Report to the Government.—The Director of Health Services shall prepare, within twenty-one days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these bye-laws during that year, of the number of pharmacists whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Central Government and publish it within twenty-one days of its preparation.
