Surrender of certificate.—Every pharmacist who ceases to carry on the practice of pharmacy shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Health Services in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 41 of the manner in which every stock register held by him has been disposed of.
