Bye-law 2, National Medical Commission (Manner of Application of The practice of pharmacy) Bye-laws, 2020 [SBX-2N7]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 6 February 2020.
Definitions.—In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019); (b) "pharmacist" means a person carrying on the practice of pharmacy; (c) "test report" means a test report received, held or disposed of by a pharmacist in the course of the practice of pharmacy; (d) "Form 41" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
