Intimation of change.—Every specialised adoption agency shall intimate to the State Commission for Women, in Form VIII and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Commission for Women shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
