Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of an aircraft who ceases to carry on the ownership of an aircraft shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-6 of the manner in which every remotely piloted aircraft held by him has been disposed of.
