Periodical returns.—Every recipient of foreign contribution shall furnish to the Government of Madhya Pradesh, within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year, a return in Form ANF-5A of the receipt of foreign contribution carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
