Intimation of change.—Every recipient of foreign contribution shall intimate to the Government of Madhya Pradesh, in Form SEZ-1 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Madhya Pradesh shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
