Intimation of change.—Every child care institution shall intimate to the District Child Protection Unit, in Form II and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Child Protection Unit shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
