Application for registration.—Every civil defence volunteer carrying on service as a civil defence volunteer shall make an application for registration to the Civil Defence Controller in Form H, within three days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every shelter held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
