Application for registration.—Every insurance marketing firm carrying on the marketing of insurance products shall make an application for registration to the Government of Bihar in Form IRDA-3, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every cover note held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
