Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any insurance marketing firm dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Bihar in Form IRDA-1, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of policies then held; and the Government of Bihar shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
