Intimation of change.—Every insurance marketing firm shall intimate to the Government of Bihar, in Form IRDA-7 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Bihar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
