Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the pension fund manager shall apply to the Recovery Officer in Form 13 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Recovery Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
