Surrender of certificate.—Every petition writer who ceases to carry on the writing of petitions for reward shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Judge in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every summons held by him has been disposed of.
