Particulars of application.—Every application for registration shall state the name and address of the applicant, the premises at which the publication of news on a digital platform is carried on, the particulars of every copy of a book held by the applicant and such other particulars as are specified in Form I, and shall be signed by the applicant or his authorised agent.
