Intimation of change.—Every publisher of news on a digital platform shall intimate to the Appellate Tribunal, in Form I and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
