Surrender of certificate.—Every travel agent who ceases to carry on the arranging of travel abroad shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Protector of Emigrants in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every travel document held by him has been disposed of.
