Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a vehicle within a cantonment who ceases to carry on the plying of a vehicle within a cantonment shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director-General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every canteen stock held by him has been disposed of.
