Application for registration.—Every registered office keeper carrying on the keeping of a registered office shall make an application for registration to the Serious Fraud Investigation Office in Form INC-22, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every balance sheet held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
