Surrender of certificate.—Every officer of a company who ceases to carry on the keeping of books of account shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competition Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form AOC-4 of the manner in which every register of members held by him has been disposed of.
