Intimation of change.—Every data fiduciary shall intimate to the Certifying Authority, in Form F and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Certifying Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
