Maintenance of premises.—Every autonomous body receiving grants shall keep the premises where the utilisation of grants is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every utilisation certificate kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the utilisation of grants, and shall furnish to the Controller General of Accounts in Form GFR 22, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
