Surrender of certificate.—Every autonomous body receiving grants who ceases to carry on the utilisation of grants shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Controller General of Accounts in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 40 of the manner in which every audit report held by him has been disposed of.
