Intimation of change.—Every autonomous body receiving grants shall intimate to the Controller General of Accounts, in Form GFR 12-C and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Controller General of Accounts shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
