Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of an early warning system shall apply to the Director of Fire Services in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Director of Fire Services shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three days of the application.
