Application for registration.—Every air transport undertaking carrying on the carriage of passengers by air shall make an application for registration to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau in Form CA-5, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every flight plan held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
