Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the institution shall apply to the School Tribunal in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the School Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
