Surrender of certificate.—Every institution who ceases to carry on the running of an institution shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the School Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every admission register held by him has been disposed of.
