Surrender of certificate.—Every aerodrome operator who ceases to carry on the operation of an aerodrome shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-7 of the manner in which every navigation aid held by him has been disposed of.
