Application for registration.—Every aerodrome operator carrying on the operation of an aerodrome shall make an application for registration to the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security in Form CA-4, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every remotely piloted aircraft held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
