Surrender of certificate.—Every hawker of food who ceases to carry on the hawking of food shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registering Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every register of purchases held by him has been disposed of.
