Application for registration.—Every keeper of a slaughter house carrying on the slaughter of animals shall make an application for registration to the Municipal Council in Form D, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every hoarding held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
