Intimation of change.—Every occupier shall intimate to the Competent Authority, in Form 7 and within three hundred and sixty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Competent Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
