Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these regulations shall be served on the creditor to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form CHG-1, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Official Liquidator shall record the manner and the date of service within one hundred and eighty days of the service.
