Surrender of certificate.—Every creditor who ceases to carry on the recovery of debts shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Official Liquidator in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form INC-1 of the manner in which every share held by him has been disposed of.
