Application for registration.—Every creditor carrying on the recovery of debts shall make an application for registration to the Official Liquidator in Form MGT-7, within forty-five days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every register of members held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
