Surrender of certificate.—Every teacher who ceases to carry on the teaching in a recognised school shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Education in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every institution held by him has been disposed of.
