Surrender of certificate.—Every marriage bureau who ceases to carry on the arranging of marriages shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Maintenance Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every register of deaths held by him has been disposed of.
