Intimation of change.—Every registrar to an issue shall intimate to the Securities Appellate Tribunal, in Form E and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Securities Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five lakh rupees.
