Surrender of certificate.—Every insolvency professional who ceases to carry on the conduct of insolvency resolution shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Regional Director in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form DIR-12 of the manner in which every register of charges held by him has been disposed of.
