Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of forest produce who ceases to carry on the transit of forest produce shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every sample of effluent held by him has been disposed of.
