Safe custody.—Every trade marks agent shall keep every certificate of registration to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the practice as a trade marks agent is carried on, shall record in Form 27 the description of every certificate of registration so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Plant Varieties Authority within forty-five days of the close of each year.
