Surrender of certificate.—Every domestic worker who ceases to carry on domestic work for wages shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Standing Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every register of employees held by him has been disposed of.
