Application for registration.—Every online gaming operator carrying on the offering of online games shall make an application for registration to the State Sports Council in Form E, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every sample held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
