Application for registration.—Every importer of drugs carrying on the import of drugs shall make an application for registration to the Director of Health Services in Form 20-B, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
