Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the holder of a standard mark licence shall apply to the Bureau of Indian Standards in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Bureau of Indian Standards shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
