Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any holder of a standard mark licence dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Bureau of Indian Standards in Form B, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every declaration then held; and the Bureau of Indian Standards shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
