Report to the Government.—The Licensing Officer shall prepare, within sixty days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of employers of inter-State migrant workmen whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Madhya Pradesh and publish it within fifteen days of its preparation.
