Intimation of change.—Every employer of inter-State migrant workmen shall intimate to the Licensing Officer, in Form VII and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Licensing Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
